In'n'Out is good for the price. It's simple basic stuff, but it's all fresh and well done. It's still like $4 or whatever for a meal there, when that's like the cost of a burger at a shitty fast food place now.

I think it means the fries are double cooked. Once at low temperature to cook the potato, then a second time at high temperature to actually fry it. And yes they have a bunch of awesome stuff to dip them in. Eh just look here. All I know for sure is they were really fucking good.
