Why not try experimenting with certain patterns?

Yes, I know, I don't have it, I don't know, but try to hear me out; Psychiatry, even though I'm losing my mind. is embedded in me.

Try to bring together what makes the maps that are liked to the majority, and find maps with similar concepts. Wacky Races, from what I've seen is very different from most maps, I'm assuming rainbows is, again, much different from your regular few. So grab them with the fantastic, and let the gameplay do the rest.

wacky_races always devolves into sniper fights or steamrolls though, and the server's usually empty by the next map.

you know how fucking far away we are? its hard enough aiming at your head - its just because we (not including good snipers) take 3 seconds to aim at the damn thing, and by then its fully charged


edit: but thats besides the point. just put all fun maps on rtv and call it a day

Dustbowl is a great map. I can play it 24 times in a row, and still want to play it a 25th time.

I actually agree with this one.  goldrush and dustbowl are good for seeding, warpath (and I'll assume Well2 and dbheights) are good and will not make masses leave, and aqua and mach4 are fun but will most likely be rtv'd after two rounds. as for pl_awesome I haven't played it more than 2 times, is it the pl map with all the scaffolding and goes up the building?
