[/quote] The batteries on those games are made to last 20 years minimum, I remember I had a discussion with a friend of mine who did work for GE Medical, the batteries in the equipment to keep the RAM alive last something like 60 - 75 years, and thats not a special battery, just a standard run of the mill watch type battery. Heres a guide to changing batteries There isn't much else you can do, but it does remind me of that one episode of Seinfeld where George tries to save his high score on the frogger machine at the pizza parlor only to accidentally unplug it in the end. Even so, I could probably get some decent money from it, and I can run SNES emulators on like, everything else that plays games I own practically. Re: Super Nintendo - Spore - 05-31-2008 My Kirby Super Star battery seems to go out occasionally then come back on. I can save and then a week later it might be gone. During the summer I may have to have a battery changing day. When it comes to this stuff, its better just to stick on the safe side of the tracks than go into a legal gray area (which may vary depending on the country) Re: Super Nintendo - ScottyGrayskull - 06-02-2008 (05-31-2008, 10:59 AM)CaffeinePowered link Wrote: There isn't much else you can do, but it does remind me of that one episode of Seinfeld where George tries to save his high score on the frogger machine at the pizza parlor only to accidentally unplug it in the end. Erm, I think you meant to say that the frogger machine was destroyed when it was run over by a semi.
