This and others, but in direct response did you know people don't smoke nearly as much marijuana as cigarettes? I mean volume wise. You get someone that smokes a pack a day, no-one would get near the same volume in marijuana. Also imprisoning someone to keep them from getting lung cancer seems a bit dumb to me?
And I know Raw Story is a less than wonderful source but this popped up in my feed while reading your comment. Weird huh?

Prior to this, they must design a self-contained breathing apparatus to supply them the marijuana smoke if they are within 100 ft. of my person in either a public place (aside from a bar or other age-controlled establishment) or my current place of residence.
Otherwise, I will have a irreconcilable, immutable problem with this plan. I will not describe in this venue how absolute my position is on this.

Also, you get more carcinogens in a joint's rolling paper than in the marijuana.
