In Earthbound, at some point your characters are so overpowered thaqt you don't need to worry against a normal monster, also, Ness is Cheap
lol, go play Mother 1, every enemy, no matter how high of a level you are in the end game, can intra-pwn your ass. Basically, to try to simulate what would really happen if a 12yr old fought an alien invasion, psychic powers not withstanding.

i've been saving that one for last on the series. After i read the Story on the allmighty Internet, i'm not quite interested on playing it. After all, Mother is 70% story 25% humor 5% gameplay

I don't like the really small inventories. It pisses me off to no end to have to sell/drop perfectly good items because I don't have space.

It's still not as bad as Earthbound, were they had CONDIMENTS for the food, that also took up inventory space. Yeah, those never got used. And it's like that because the game(play) was originally designed as a spoof of Dragon Quest. I find you generally need to use items enough, that it isn't a problem.

It's still not as bad as Earthbound, were they had CONDIMENTS for the food, that also took up inventory space. Yeah, those never got used. And it's like that because the game(play) was originally designed as a spoof of Dragon Quest. I find you generally need to use items enough, that it isn't a problem.
