This is what i have. And i love it. In my opinion HTC has always made fantastic pda phones. I've had the ppc-6700 and the mogul before this one.

I am still enjoying my HTC Diamond, however Windows Mobile is pissing me off.
Please buy a Android phone. The new Hero looks very sweet.

Also, I finally scratched my scratch-resistance screen... it required dropping the phone while in mid-stride, and kicking it across the rough parking lot, face down.

It now has one scratch.

Sad thing is a girl in my class dropped her iPhone out of her hand while sitting (~2feet) and the screen shattered in the corner and spread to the center. Sounds like your screen is pretty strong though.

I'll be getting the HTC Hero soon mostly because it's the best android phone that I can get through work. All the other good options are coming out too late (I have to renew now).

Re: Cell phone suggestions? - HeK - 11-07-2009

I've been reading up on the new Motorola Droid.... it actually looks good.

My dad showed my that last night. Look exactly like an iPhone for Verizon.

The only thing that sucks is it's about the same price.

A big bonus is that it's not an iPhone... I much prefer android. (If only for the ability to install non-market apps without rooting it)

Android, it's Google's mobile phone OS.

The Motorola Droid runs Android 2.0.

Also, Motorola pays dues to Lucas Films to use the name 'Droid'.

Re: Cell phone suggestions? - A. Crow - 12-05-2009

meh, i didn't like the keyboard on the droid, the eris costs $100 less and is getting android 2.0 pushed down to it next month.

Re: Cell phone suggestions? - zaneyard - 12-05-2009

so i tried skype lite and it blows chunks
so i'm sticking with my WinMo Samsung Intrepid for now

Re: Cell phone suggestions? - ainmosni - 12-08-2009

I recently got a HTC Hero (The European one with the 'chin', a design choice I can appreciate quite a bit somehow.) and I love it, android is such a great smart phone OS (although HTC Sense helps a lot to make it so nice) and it has some very awesome apps.

Re: Cell phone suggestions? - KarthXLR - 05-25-2010

My ENV2 is causing all sorts of problems now, definitely wasn't worth the buy after a year.
