idea for a locking thing

problem with locks is that anyone can walk around with a lever and open whatever the fuck they like, i think (havent tested it) this occupies any place that could open the door with an inert block thhat just takes the energy away from the door.

damn update turned minecraft into a survival horror game [Image: scared.gif]

Also, yeah. Minecraft classic is crap compared to Minecraft Alpha. It's only $13 and it's extremely worth it.

this is the lock when the door is closed

the ONLY combo that opens the door is 3 and 4, anything else will keep it closed

basically it works by having an inverter that keeps the door closed, the only way to open it is to have another inverter behind it. 1 and 2 just feed into the inverter so if 3 and 4 turn it off, they turn it back on. 3 and 4 are linked so you need both of them activated to turn off the door inverter. you can switch the combo around by just moving the inverters, and you can have as many levers as you want, if you have enough room. the mechanism is fucking massive with only 4 levers though, so anything more than like 5 will take like a 15x15 area
