Just a bad day all around for me. Frickin bike company doesn't know how to make their own parts compatible so I just wasted a bunch of money. Also I'm fed up with drivers in this city. Not once since I moved here have I NOT been cut off when changing lanes. Doesn't matter how far behind you they are, they will speed up and get next to you to make sure you can't change. I just don't get it.

Even though I'm not that kind of guy, I went for the arm-around-shoulders thing after watching Totoro and two hours of Castle. I freaked her out and I think I may have just ruined an awesome friendship.
Going to see if I can salvage this tomorrow or after the weekend is over.
I feel like such an ass.
