schadenfreude is socially acceptable up to the point were death is involved. So, you might want to get that checked out. That page has taught me that people do horrible things. It also makes me wonder who would take their time to put that page together.
On a separate note, your coach is awesome. how did he get some training for rowing from DBZ (also might be worried since some of the thing in that show are currently impossible, that thing being timetravel/hyperbolic time chamber[?]).

He was watching the part where they train in the Gravity Chamber and was like "They train in high gravity so normal gravity is easy, so if we train on higher resistances [on the rowing machine] then regular water will feel like nothing." So he made the workouts harder so that regular rowing hurts less. We even have practices entirely dedicated to putting us through pain.
