I got a call, to set up an interview, for a job that pays 75K plus 10K signing bonus.  The problem?  The job is in retail.  Fuck my life.  I wonder if I can turn down 85 grand.

Set alarm for 5AM proceeded to wake up, turn it off, then fall asleep till 7AM. I then rushed to my midterm without the 2hours of studying I slept through Tongue Oh yea and our project was also due and I fucking printed out the wrong one since I was in a rush. I go back to my apartment print out the right one and head to my profs office. Oh look office hours for this week are cancelled, so I just slipped it under the door, I hope I don't get the day late penalty  :'(

look at my transcript this year it shows that last year i failed algebra 1 for the second semester even though i didn't i had a 59% by the time we had to take the final and i passed the final with a 68% or so. the fucking final was 10% of our overall grade but APPARENTLY that doesnt move my grade up even 1% because my fucking piece of shit teacher last year doesn't know how a fucking transcript works and will literally ruin my life even more because she doesn't want to get in trouble for fucking up.

they didn't even give us our transcripts until second semester, and i didn't fail the class that was like the main thing i was pointing out.

So it's their fault you were already failing the class with a 59% and barely passed a final that would have only moved your grade up maybe 5% points if you aced it?

Wow, so just barely achieving a 50:50 correct:wrong ratio constitutes passing nowadays?

And we think America is a shitcan in the making right now - imagine what it's going to be like when Turtle's generation is running 'dis bitch and 59% is considered acceptable and passing...


75% was a D- in my district, be glad you're not here. You'd have failed miserably instead of barely skating by with a very mediocre "passing" grade.

its not acceptable, why do you think my life is a big pile of shit right now. It's not even passing, that is why i had to do good on the final, which i did. 60% is passing and I got that, i'm not trying to fucking showboat about my passing grade all im saying is i shouldnt have to go back and retake the class because i didn't even fail it.
