He's banned because he's fast, powerful, has ridiculous recovery, and has no other character that counters against him. Essentially if you had two people of equal skill fight each other, one playing metaknight, one playing anyone else, metaknight is always more likely to win.
Anyway, I spend three months with access to a Wii, never having any reason to use it, and now you guys start a Brawl tournament the day before I go to school and no longer have one?
