Sheesh. I didn't even know we had a star trek online thread. I have a character that I started over spring break. I've almost got him to level 50 so ya. Someone teach me how to play this game and tell me what to do. I'm flying around shooting my pew pew lazers at bad guys.

That's most of it. Duty Officers will get you XP and special other stuff super fast, but you'll have to experiment with that on your own.

Fuck that, I already spent way too much on keys trying to get the Cardie ship. I'm saving up to buy the Jem'Hadar ship now.

Good news fellow trekkers!  I've found that that if we get a Private Fleet action going that are the STFs we can cross faction with my Klingon Character.  Maybe even give Elites a try.

Saw that the Gamma Quadrant boosters have double the chance of the old holiday packs to get a Jem'Hadar Attack Ship and couldn't resist. It only took me 8 tries to get one except i opened 9 more in hopes of getting a second...

What do we need?  Engineering, Science or Tactical?  Looking at the ship chart, there's at least one ship in each tree I would nerd splooge over.

My FED main is an Engineer, Dtrain's main is Tactical, so if you want to complete the trifecta, go Science. That said, I usually fly a Science ship (Caitian Carrier) as an Engineer, and there's absolutely nothing stopping you from playing the character you think is cool, combined with the ship you think is cool.

I already rolled an engineer.  I'm playing on advanced... almost got my miranda class ass handed to me by a ship from fluidic space.  Do we have a fleet?
