They can, or at least, I can. But you aren't an officer, are you? If not, I think you'll have to ask Vandam to make you an officer. Until you get it figured out, if you PM me, I can put up an announcement or event for you.

I'd be a lot more willing to help organize BRB4D if i was an Officer, and ive been asking around to as many Officers i can find. though i don't think Vandam even knows me
. If anybody would be so kind as to ask him for, it would be much obliged.
