Nooooo :/ I need to know if you want to pull out from it entirely or still participate in just the friendly aspect(which would require tryouts). Let me know FM. Re: Serious Business: Semi-Casual Amalgamation of Semi-Competitive Players. - cannedpeahes - 05-16-2008 Hey, throw some tests in there. Some challenges. For instance, the heavy: you turn off auto-balance, stick one heavy on a team and, say, twelve other people as scouts on the other team, and see how many scouts a heavy can kill before they bat his ass to death. BONK! Re: Serious Business: Semi-Casual Amalgamation of Semi-Competitive Players. - ZoSo - 05-19-2008 I didn't bother to read this whole thread, can someone give me a summary? Where do I need to sign up to scrim? Of course I will be sniper. Re: Serious Business: Semi-Casual Amalgamation of Semi-Competitive Players. - Versus - 05-21-2008 It's just that almost every CS:S scrim/match I ever played was 5v5...was it OGL? Re: Serious Business: Semi-Casual Amalgamation of Semi-Competitive Players. - NiceGuy - 05-22-2008 Hey all, I know I've just recently started playing on the server with you guys but it's been fun and I'd like to have a go at the more competitive side. Pro: Medic, Soldier Good: Everything else Scrub: Sniper, Spy Availability: I'm on the east coast and I work during weekdays till about 5pm. I should have the most availability on week nights after 7-8 with notice but since I'm a night owl I'm almost always available from 12-3 am (when my wife is sound asleep, lol.. that's really more sad than it is funny ). Also, weekends are pretty sporadic for me since we're always having to go out of town. Re: Serious Business: Semi-Casual Amalgamation of Semi-Competitive Players. - cannedpeahes - 05-25-2008 I forgot to talk about my experience. So, I played in some clans back in the original Call of Duty, and COD2 on PC, I think two different clans in each. I was basically a battalion XO (executive officer) in my second COD clan, and I was in charge of getting everybody together for scrims and matches, scrim scheduling, consulting on strats. I didn't really play any beyond that. It was my only competitive experience HURRY UP KOR! Re: Serious Business: Semi-Casual Amalgamation of Semi-Competitive Players. - Kor - 05-26-2008 Workin it, I have to apologize as the Stanley Cup finals is drawing a good portion of my time away. |
