yeah gameservers can suck my nuts so many shots missed because of the half second delay on everything

but hey it's a cheapo server what can you do

actually caff, if you're reading this, i suggest we take off hlxstats again, the constant tracking and logging of every single action cannot help the lag

Making a log item over every single little blessed bullet that gets fired is a server strainer, hardcore.

I did a little test with bots on koth on my server, that is decidedly more powerful than the 200MHz Celeron red is based on.

CPU usage went from a nominal ~10-25% for a 24 bot server, to almost 65% with logmod running tracking every little thing it can track.

Now just imagine how bad it's loading the box red is on when it's got roughly 3451 other TF2 servers on it.

Can we just turn that off for a few days and see how it goes?  I feel in love with this feature where if you click on someone, they take damage. I'd love for us to have that on this server too.

35 kills / 7 deaths on pl_upward tonight. All deaths were by spies. I swear they were trying to go after me; at one point two spies ganged up on me. But I was too much for them!  >Sad
