I was going to make a new one of these last weekend, I used a program to download everyones avatar.

do it with those who play at least 3 or 4 times a week on our servers..

Too much extra work to try and figure something like that out. Besides, then you'd be discounting folks like Negate and El Fajitas just because they've lost access to internet/steam games.
