I can do most songs on Hard, and the easier ones on Expert now, on Bass or Guitar.
Also the Ultimate Rock Outfit is gay as fuuuuuck, but I love it. Rhinestone Cowboy Hat, Jacket, Pants, and Boots.

I can pass all songs (except one) on Expert on all instruments, 5-starring everything up until the last tier (though I can 5* the last tier on Vocals). The only song I can't pass is Prequel to the Sequel on Drums because they had to chart the double-bass on the already ridiculously-fast blast beats.

That's all I have already. All good on guitar, with Thrasher being the most evil song on Rock Band. The most insane strumming ever. I think it took me the longest to beat of all the difficult songs from like Visions, Constant Motion, the Stevie Ray Vaughn song, Snow, etc...
Out of those, I would say Idealistic Types is the best cause it mixes the Thrasher idea with breaks in between and the verse riff style of Painkiller.
