From my understanding PW1-3 have little impact on Apollo Justice storywise. In fact, from what I know about the story of Justice and having played the Phoenix Wright games, I can see little reason why playing Justice before you play PW:TaT.

Yeah no spoilers here boss. Nothing about the third game. Nothing talked about in the first trial is spoilerific in the slightest. What is said about Wright did not occur in the third game, or any game for that matter.
