Now I want it for PC Re: Just Cause 2 - backfire - 04-28-2010 (04-28-2010, 02:52 AM)Odin link Wrote:
Now I want it for PC
The jet propelled parachute DLC's for all system and will all cost the same. The only thing you'll miss out on the xbox are the mods... whiiich basically means you should just buy a new gpu to run this so you can join in when this game goes multiplayer.
No basically I'm too lazy to rn cables through my pipes and get xbox live so I get no dlc ever... Re: Just Cause 2 - Maxon - 04-30-2010 They really could not be doing any better with DLC for this game lol http://www.destructoid.com/just-cause-2-s-air-propulsion-gun-is-f-ing-metal-172549.phtml Re: Just Cause 2 - backfire - 04-30-2010 I need that air cannon XD Re: Just Cause 2 - KarthXLR - 04-30-2010 For God's sake new computer, be more affordable! And fast! Re: Just Cause 2 - backfire - 05-01-2010 Ya know... the more I play this, the more I wonder why is it that like... only spore, turtle and I have this (aside from anyone not on my friends list for some reason) Why isn't this that popular? The game is epic. I can give you my word on that. I already have 9 hours in and I barely scratched the surface. Dammit, go out and buy this. There's a multiplayer mod coming soon and I'll be damned if we can't have a Just Cause 2 night because only 3 of us has it. Re: Just Cause 2 - Professor Funbucks - 05-01-2010 I play it at my friend's house. We've got collectively like 60 hrs in the game and we've only done one agency mission. It rules. Re: Just Cause 2 - Greatbacon - 05-01-2010 it's cause you need dx10, and a lot of us are still chillin' on xp Re: Just Cause 2 - beep beep diglett - 05-01-2010 i think i have 5 hours in the demo anyways now that i can download at more than 5 bytes/second im totally buying this Re: Just Cause 2 - Turtle - 05-01-2010 (05-01-2010, 04:09 AM)backfire link Wrote: Ya know... the more I play this, the more I wonder why is it that like... only spore, turtle and I have this (aside from anyone not on my friends list for some reason)I'm probably a good example for why... I got a few cash dollars from my Grandmother ($100 to be exact) and I decided "O GEE LETS BUYY SUM GAYMS!". So I bought Just Cause 2. Waited a million years to get it downloaded, clicked launch and boom wouldn't work. I checked to see what's up on Can You Run It? and I totally can't. in short: You need an awesome computer to run this game, and most people in brbu don't (me) Re: Just Cause 2 - KarthXLR - 05-01-2010 As I've said before, I'm saving up for a new computer and then buying this immediately. In other words, save that money for a post-2006 computer. Re: Just Cause 2 - backfire - 05-03-2010 Ugh. Well, just finished the game apparently. There's only 7 story missions. It seems they spent all of their time on land dev and whatnot. Of course, buying this game for the story is like watching a Micheal Bay movie for character development. When I beat it, I only had a 25.35% completion. They pretty much push you to keep playing and aim for 100% (WHICH WILL NEVER BLOODY HAPPEN). Still fun though. I really want that cannon-cart dlc though. That'll make blowing up stuff soo much easier. Of course, what I reeeeally want is a cannon on the ice breaker. ... and multiplayer... He just beat it last night, and we're at 32.15% last I checked. Also the parachute boosters are awesome, but it's lame that you have to repurchase them every time you die. Re: Just Cause 2 - Vandamguy - 05-08-2010 i played it for approximately 8 hours , did 2 story missions. then decided i wanted to conquer all of the dots on the map before proceeding. after about 20 dots. I felt it got very repetitive  Chopper in > take upgrade bits you dont need > get back in chopper blow stuff up > on to next dot. I know in Spores review he said the game is as fun as you make it , but really.. that's the most efficient way of conqering a dot. i wish the black market thing was FASTER. And the initial cost for buying something from the BM is higher (a lot higher, to give you something to do with all that money) , but then subsequent purchases are free. There are mods that take the Sheldon cutscenes out, make things cheaper and add more vehicles to the black market. I'll probably write something about modding the game because BRBU needs more articles anyway. |
