You should always show disapproval of your team medic's healing priorities by stealing all the health packs in the area.
If you are a pyro you should steal all the health packs in the area no matter what because that is half the fun

I do this to a certain few people if I see them running toward it, then airblast around them and act like I tried to put them out.
