went jogging with the dog today, didn't realize it was snowing until a car passed by with the headlights on (before dawn). Did 4 miles, which I'm pretty stoked about for my 2nd day. But omg, we get home and he runs laps around the yard for a good 15 minutes wanting to play. Fuck if I know what we're feeding him

That's really awesome. I'm trying to get going again on fitness now as well. Four miles is great for a second day.  ;D

Admittedly it was like 60/40 jogging/walking, but yea, it beats sitting at home all day.

I usually do 4-5 days at the gym a week. I'll alternate between 35min of cardio and 10 min of cardio + weight training every other visit
