The sword also has a voice and is being voiced by the narrator from Bastion. The main character is voiced by the person who sang Build That Wall. (included below if you don't know it offhand)

I enjoyed borderlands 2... but ever since opposing force... they haven't been good story tellers. And that is sad, because their games have so much promise. Unfortunately most of Opposing Force isn't even their own story

I liked the first Borderlands a lot. It had its problems, but it was some of the most fun I've had in a co-op game in some time.
2 was.....ehhhhhhhhhhh. The gameplay wasn't really built-on in any way and the writing was significantly worse. Between that and not being able to play with friends, I have no motivation to play it again.
