If you want it to play like unreal tournament '99, there should be no vehicles, and only interior maps, and only the game modes Team CTF, CTF, Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch.

Note: It's not gearbox's fault that DNF wasn't very good, it was numerous years in development and redesign and Gearbox just said; "Fuck it lets get it out there as quick as possible".
