I haven't really seen too many things that are in need of an admin's watchful eye lately. Usually someone's there if something retarded arises, but you can't reasonably watch the server all the time without having way too many admins. As long as they're willing to hop on for a second I think we're cool in the admin department.

Also this really hasn't been a problem, I am generally on like 8 hours a day or more and can help at any time on server 2, even if to just jump in and stop bs. I can't help on server 1 though, as I have no admin there. (wink wink Caff nudge nudge) During the day, there's almost always an admin on at any given moment, and I'm pretty sure most of the ones I have on my steam list have admin on both servers.
