I applied, found a decent job, and have 90 wellness now. I realized hospitals can only be used once a day.

Don't listen to this man, a Q1 gun will double your attack. Army rank is based on total damage done so each weapon you use is like an extra fight towards your next rank, and each rank adds a 20%. How do you think some people can do 10,000+ damage a turn?
Also you get 5 gold when you hit 6 not wellness Luin, sorry. But 5 gold is moderately wealthy, you can buy a house with that and then you will have a ton of wellness.
