RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - FlyingMongoose - 09-15-2015 I'm good with that too, is anyone else's quick edit not loading properly? RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Dr. Zaius - 09-15-2015 we are living in the era of dong RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Luinbariel - 09-15-2015 (09-15-2015, 10:09 AM)FlyingMongoose Wrote: I'm good with that too, is anyone else's quick edit not loading properly? Actually yes, mine isn't loading either. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - at0m - 09-15-2015 I'm flattered to have a vote named after my alter ego RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Didzo - 09-15-2015 (09-15-2015, 10:22 AM)Luinbariel Wrote:(09-15-2015, 10:09 AM)FlyingMongoose Wrote: I'm good with that too, is anyone else's quick edit not loading properly? Mine has issues as well. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Didzo - 09-20-2015 Are there settings that prevent people from double posting? When I last made a new reply to the music thread, it just lumped the new post in as an edit to my previous post. I find that pretty annoying. Test post. Edit: It seems to be time based. Write a reply to a thread where you were the last person posting and it'll either lump it in as an edit or as a fresh reply depending on when the preceding post was made. It would be nice to either eliminate that or make the time frame needed to make a proper double post known. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - HeK - 09-20-2015 What would a reasonable time frame be? Also, why are you replying to yourself? RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Didzo - 09-20-2015 (09-20-2015, 07:43 PM)HeK Wrote: What would a reasonable time frame be? I'd say 6 hours is fine, though it's pretty arbitrary. Posting shit in the music thread is why I'm double posting. Yea my music thread posts got all lumped together, which ended up fine since the youtube embedding worked for all of them. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - HeK - 10-04-2015 Nice to see that most people have updated their profiles with appropriate avatars. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Moosendoo - 10-14-2015 Is there a way to change my name back? RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - HeK - 10-14-2015 Use the name change option in your user control panel.* *Can only be used five times per 30 days. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Moosendoo - 10-14-2015 There's a good chance that I'm missing something obvious, but I can't seem to find a name change option anywhere. (I see how to change email address, avatar, password, etc., but not name) http://i.imgur.com/kc2utAk.png EDIT: I haven't changed it in the last 30 days either. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - HeK - 10-14-2015 Weiird. The change username option should be under 'Your Profile -> Edit Profile' within the User Control Panel. I updated your default group, in case that was causing problems. If not, lemme know and change the username directly. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Moosendoo - 10-14-2015 It worked now. Thanks, Hek! RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - Didzo - 10-14-2015 Out of curiosity, what are the default groups and how are they assigned? RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - HeK - 10-14-2015 The initial default group is 'Guest'. Once you sign in to a registered account, you are assigned to the registered user default group of 'Registered'. Since we were using groups to create user titles under the old forum, some users weren't moved into the 'Registered' group correctly. I found about a dozen or so users, including Moose, with that issue. RE: Forum Update/Upgrade - at0m - 12-17-2015 I keep getting logged out, what's with that? Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk |
