I believe there are discovery requirements that already make this practice illegal since both sides are supposed to have the exact same information in a criminal trial. [/quote] Supposedly they knowingly built a case against innocents. As in they knew they were innocent but decided to prosecute because they thought it would be an easy win so they stacked the evidence against the people including coaching the witnesses. I don't even think they are denying this since their defense is that you have no constitutional right not to be framed. Basically the onus is on the defending attorney.
