Did you RTV to your current map
etc
I have an inkling that when you rtv to a non-rotation map it spazzes and picks something at random from the rtv list for the next map

I've seen cp_observatory (which broke the server and wouldn't d/l btw) and ktf_innercity come up as nextmap now...
