I oughta format my posts better. Although I can blame the SFRL confusion of TF2wiki's shitty picture choice.
I crafted the Dr. Whoa, then traded an unrelated (spare) Bill's hat for the B.M.O.C. in the picture, which is currently going about anywhere from a Bill's to a Buds. I still have said Dr. Whoa.
No Strange Festive Launcher.... yet.

Idling smiles on me two weeks in a row, finally. Week one got me a Medic Mirror. Which I think was my first legit hat drop since forever ago when I got my Brigade Helm. Maybe there was another one or two in there somewhere.
