not without more effort than I'm willing to put into it. There's a sourcemod plugin that let's you modify crit rates, you could set crit rates to 0 while not actually disabling crits, I think that might work, but I have no idea how that would affect other weapons, and I'm not sure it's worth all the effort. Yea, if I understand correctly , the axestinguisher will still work. Headshots and backstabs are still crits, just not the critskreig. Though we can always test it beforehand to make sure.
