Sent an invoice to a customer, they come back asking why the total amount is higher than the labor summary they signed on site. Well...on the summary, in normal sized font right next to the total it says "Do not include equipment rental, misc. receipts, and per diem". On the invoice I sent these are clearly broken out for them...yet they still don't understand why the totals don't match....?

Nothing happened yet but we saw some scary shit on the way home. Pictures when I get back to the city tomorrow. I will honestly be surprised if this storm system does not spawn at least one tornado somewhere.
