Mod Thursdays 6/18 - Smashballs? - Mission Difficult - 06-09-2009

As Caffeine is busy playing Planet Side trying to find a new job, I've been given the opportunity to run mod nights. We are going to skip this week and start up again next Thursday. A mod that grabbed my balls attention was Smashball. Conveniently enough, it's due for a Steam release on the 11th which would give all interested parties ample time to download it. Let me know what you think about this.

Smashball looks fun, but for whatever reason Steam Store has it marked as a regular game and as such tries to add it to a cart, which it fails to do, instead of letting me download it straight away.

I read on the smashball site that they are pushing the release back since it doesn't work as a steam download for some reason. New release date is the 18th which happens to be thursday  ;D However the exact time Thursday is unknown  ???

Don't get so excited, it looks just like a shitty half-done HL2Big GrinM mod.  By "released" it means they put SOMETHING out, not that it's anywhere near done.

We havent done ES in mod nights in..damn..forever. It was always fun, but you have to have a full server for it to be fun.
