48 Hour Filmin' - ZargonX - 07-07-2009 So, some friends and I have been doing 48-hour film competitions for several years now, and we just wrapped up the Baltimore 48 a few weeks ago. For those who aren't familiar, basically teams have 48 hours to write, shoot, and edit a short film (under 10 minutes). A genre, prop, and character are assigned at the open of the weekend, so you can't really do too much pre-planning. So, with that said, here's our team's entry for this year: TRY HARD - Baltimore 48HFP Our genre was "Buddy Film," and our character was Tim Flagler, unemployed musician. We're still waiting to see if we won anything from the jury, but in the meantime, enjoy! Re: 48 Hour Filmin' - zaneyard - 07-07-2009 that was very entertaining and i prolly didnt understand the metaphors and such that were in place. Re: 48 Hour Filmin' - rumsfald - 07-08-2009 I am disappointed that Baked Haddock doesn't make a cameo. Alas, my only scene got left on the cutting room floor... Re: 48 Hour Filmin' - KorJax - 07-08-2009 Pretty cool. Little weird the credits were at the beginning though, and the ending felt a little sudden/out of character to me but it was no biggie |
