I'd say MGS4, but I have yet to fully explore VC, and what I played of it was utterly fantastic. It's up in my absurd backlog, along with Final Fantasy 8 & 9, Chrono Cross and Devil Summoner 2 >.<

Infamous is by far my favorite, probably until Uncharted 2. Uncharted 2 just looks too fucking awesome.
