Desaturation is a hori bullet hell shooter made for IGF China 2009. My god is it beautiful, and my god is it hard. The game defaults at 8 lives, and is quite simple (only a super meter powerup of sorts, which ties into the scoring system in a clever way), but you will probably lose all those lives in normal on the first stage. Currently, the game is only a demo, but I'm already looking forward to Xun Zhu finishing this up, as this was well deserving of placing as a Finalist. Sadly, the game didn't win any awards past that.
