When you fill the voice channel with endless complaints and don't say anything productive for your team, create a negative environment in the server, and avoid mutes by rejoining the game, what choice do I have but to temp-ban you?

I'd like to give you a third chance to NOT do any of the above. Thanks

All that matters is that an admin asks you to stop and gives you a chance with a kick; continuing your activity after that is just asking for it. You got what you asked for.
