Newegg carries the OEM versions of Windows in addition to the Retail versions, the difference is there's no support from MS whatsoever in any capacity for an OEM copy vs Retail. (Who actually calls MS here for help anyway?) It's also like $100 cheaper. Ooh, a link. The Motherboard i'm using now is Acer, and the model doesn't support Windows 7 and stopped updating the drivers for XP on 2008... soo.. Vista is the only viable option |
