I'm pretty much free most evenings during the week but probably busy fri-sat evenings and most likely free sunday evening.

I'm terrible and only know how to play Ashe (also badly). I'm level 7 and have 3 normal wins, lol.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, it's probably because my friends always get on smurf accounts with me and we get paired up against other smurf parties.

Udyr is pro but Sona is probably more useful to a team.
