Steam account imposter - Eightball - 10-07-2012
Everyone,
It has come to my attention that there is an account imitator, pretending to be liquid. The profile is here: http://steamcommunity.com/id/436436436436/
I notice some of you are in his friend's list. I'll be contacting everyone I can to inform them of this. Do not accept any trade requests or click on any links sent to you by "Liquid" until this is sorted out.

I blocked him yesterday, but for some reason remain on his friends list.

Blocking and unfriending are separate actions. You'll need to unfriend him as well, I believe.

I called him out on it and he just signed off.

Have to be logged in to report, check his account using the steam community browser. It'll be on the right side.

I was all confused about this, was like 'i thought i was already friends with him' and accepted it, then got suspicious when i realized he was on my friends list twice.
I reported the account when I realized it was a dupe, but I doubt anything will get done about it.
Then today, someone tried to reset the password on my account. Lovely.
