Introductions - Pixels - 11-19-2012

Hiya, I'm Pix and I procrastinate a lot (I should be doing schoolwork but I thought an intro must be in order). I was introduced to the forums by Käse, who I had the pleasure of meeting at ACEN this year after a TF2 photoshoot!

I'm currently a senior in high school trying to get my college applications in order and planning to go into Psychology and History as majors. I enjoy playing TF2 and dedicating my time to it in order to improve and work on my Medic skills. In addition, I like rhythm games such as DDR, ITG, Beatmania, and Pop'n Music (although I'm only good at DDR out of those four). I also love the Assassin's Creed series, which is the main reason why I got a PS3 last year (that and I've been dying to get one for a while). I like to try a bit of everything, so I'm open to game suggestions from both the horror and action-adventure drama (I also like to play RPGs here and there).

Wow that's a lot so far. To wrap things up, I scarcely watch TV, and when I do, it's mostly for Adventure Time or 30.Rock. I also seldom watch anime, but recently I pulled an all-nighter to watch Puella Magi Madoka Magica, so I guess that counts. I also cosplay for cons, mostly for video games and Vocaloid; I'm not the best at it, but I still have fun.

As a really bad RED Scout with no headphones, glasses, and two piercings in my right ear haha. I've improved it for ACEN 2013 and I'm really excited to bring it back!

Ohai, I'm the local Gasman, and welcome to the forums. You should join our Planetside 2 events when they start. For horror, a bunch of us play Killing Floor and Left 4 Dead 2, if either of them peak your interest.

I am looking forward to making you drop uber, both as an ally and an enemy.

I am not :U I'm a student in the Chicagoland though! So far I have applied to DePaul University and Marquette University (my top choice). I will be applying to two more Chicago schools and U of M in Ann Arbor.

I will look into those! I actually do play L4D2 whenever I get the chance C: I am pretty interested in trying out Killing Floor if I get the money and occasion to do so! It's nice to get horror games that will actually work on my computer rather than going to a friend's house and borrowing their computer all night to play (Namely Penumbra and Amnesia, they're wonderful games but won't work on my laptop).

Greetings! I think I met you very briefly at ACEN, though I honestly don't remember what I was wearing, just that I was near Kase when you said hi to her at some point. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing you there next year!

In retrospect, I may have been in a medic costume, but I'm not sure.

Oh yeah! That's when I had to skedaddle my way back since I had to leave :C I will, however, be able to stay out longer this year, so we'll be able to get better acquainted!l C:
