Do not buy the i7-3770. It is gimped, locked-core version. You want the i7-3770K. The 'K' is important. The 'K' means unlocked. You cannot overclock without it, and if you aren't overclocking, don't waste money on an aftermarket cooler.
Second best choice is the i5-3570K. It will stomp the non-K i7-3770 and costs less.

Don't buy that series of ram. It's too slow. It's DD3-1333. Go with DDR-1600 at the minimum, or spend a little more and get something that can clock to 2133/2400. If you stay with G.Skill, stick with the Ripjaw series (X or Z), the Trident series will cause interference with your choice of CPU cooler.

The 14-series Seagate Barracuda drives are absolutely badass. They keep up with WD Raptors for a fraction of the price.

The Intel 520 is a good SSD, but overpriced. You can get a 240gb Samsung 840 for the same price as the Intel 520 120gb and receive similar if not slightly better performance.

The GTX 660 Ti is a good card, however for $40 more you can get the 2GB eVGA GTX 670. Things to keep in mind.

You can drop the PSU down to a 650 or even a 550 watt and save a bit of cash upfront.

Minor note about the case: I would avoid Rosewill for cases in that price range. Some of the fit and finish might not be as good as what you would expect for a $130 case from competitors.

While I tend to agree, I have noticed while rosewill was often a "low budget" (and to be quite frank "cheap") solution. They have been getting far better in quality control as of late...

Some of the reviews state that the plastic and metal parts of the case do not have the exact same shade of white. Things like that would really bug me.

Yeah basically everything that HeK said. With a CPU cooler like that, I expect you to be doing some serious, serious overclocking.

Well now that I bought a NEX-6 camera building a new PC has probably been pushed back by a half a year, at least I'll be able to take sweet pictures of the building process. :3
