If you see the server on FNF or TFT and...its not FNF or TFT that's because of the way sourcemod loads plugins. The host automatically restarts the server a few times a week. In this case, it defaults to loading the plugins that govern TFT/FNF.
To undo this, find an admin and ask them to step into the server for a minute to execute the config to end TFT/FNF.

When I joined the server I saw it, but I thought it was supposed to be on. Will fix in the future.

Since you used to have the fnf starting message appear an hour early on the steam group that is not hard to imagine x3
