Apparently they actually went back and jacked the hats from anyone that got a few hats at once with a bug early on.  They did leave the hat you were "supposed" to get though, which in my case was the Spy Fedora.

Registration Date: The deadline for registration is July 27th. There will be no signups after this date.
- Unlocks allowed.
- Criticals disabled.
- 2 people on the roster is mandatory. Players may have 3 people on the roster max.
