Now, if you recall, Zepheniah Mann (former owner of the Ghastly Gibus, and Mann Co.) left in his will ( http://www.teamfortress.com/pumpkinpatch/the_last_will_and_testament_of_Zepheniah_Mann/ ) his estate to Elizabeth, his maidservant and as we know, the announcer.

For those who haven't been paying attention, there is an unknown person picture in the right of the photo and mentioned in the end of the will, obscured in both instances with sand.

Actually that should be an ancestor of the announcer since the guy on the left is Barnabas Hale, not Saxton Hale. And that picture looks like it was taken a long time before TF2 takes place (1968).
