In game chat sucks and the best way to get a game together is to be in one of our VoIP channels. We have two choices here:
Mumble - Preferred
Step 1: Download the above program
Step 2: Log on to - 216.52.148.214 : 64738
Step 3: Change your config to push to talk (voice transmit is so sensitive we can hear you breathing)
Step 4: Profit!
Ventrilo - Last resort as some can't get it to work (and it doesn't have the awesome overlay)
Step 1: Download the above program
Step 2: Log on to - il3.leetvent.com, port 3864
Step 3: Profit!

Vent is pretty awesome.
The best part is when somebody starts to go on a Knifing spree
You start with:
âsweet I got a knifeâ
Then
âlol, I got another oneâ
Then
âunreal I got a thirdâ
Then it builds until people are dying laughing
