Basically Microsoft paid off Dice, so 360 users get it first, though they'll have to pay money for the new skins.  PS3 and PC users will get it later and I assume us PC users will get it free cause we are awesome like that.

Why would you pay a company off to get exclusive skins? That just seems retarded, can't you already use custom skins on non-ranked servers?

I was referring more to Microsoft paying for "exclusivity" at this point you've already made your choice of platform, its not like people are going to go out and buy it again....maybe Versus might cause he's got money

It's just Microsofts way of enticing people to give them another look.  They did it with the Grand Theft Auto episodes and the Modern Warfare 2 DLC. "LOOK AT US! WE GOT IT EARLY! MAYBE WE'LL GET OTHER STUFF EARLY! LOVE US!"

And it's actually more around...1.50 to 2 bucks I think for 160 points. So around 5 bucks if you buy it bundled.

Also on a side note, aren't all three of them (Nintendo, MS, Sony) still in a class action lawsuit over the whole "points" thing instead of allowing straight credit card transactions...

Wii points correspond directly iirc. Sony doesn't use points, but you have to add money to your wallet in increments (5, 10, 20, 50).
