I like the idea of new unusual effects. I mean think of it, what if the current ones did not drop anymore and only said new effects did. It would fix the undeniable fact that unusuals are getting more and more common.

Glad we agree. Anyways, there's some stuff in there about "isotopes" which I guess are sorta like attribute sockets. Not sure how that'll work or if it'll even be remotely balanced, but it would give people a reason to keep more than one of the same item which I guess would be kinda interesting.
Then there's the thing about custom textures... for sanity's sake, I want that idea nuked from orbit.

They have just as much of a point being in the game as vintage quality items, or cosmetic things in general. I am just saying some of us like unusuals and it would be a interesting change.
