My camera is out of batteries right now so I'll be taking pics in a couple minutes

I don't know if this thing will fit in my computer!

Lolololol, yes, all (good) cards these days are huge, they need to start making cases a larger size by standard if it keeps up.

I've always had roomy mid-towers with small mobos (mini-atx and atx), so when i ordered new parts i never thought anything of it. The damn gpu is longer than the mobo! I literally have 1-2mm between the gpu card and the hd cage.

HALP - KarthXLR - 11-19-2008

ok, now I'm having problems. Vista isn't starting up. I'll turn it on, and it'll go to the blue HP screen, and nothing will happen.

I'm clueless and my dad (aka computer wiz) isn't home.

Any suggestions?

put whatever old card you had back in and wait for daddy to make you feel good.

Tongue

or , uninstall the old video drivers, whatever they may be and set your resolution to 800x600

then power down and install video card again

I'm pretty sure this one require 12v rail.

Re: My new card - Vandamguy - 11-19-2008

lookin at the pictures , the spot where it should be is currently coverd by a big fuckin nastly lookin collection of wires.

3rd pic could possibly be connectected on the underside of the board , but that's way different than the reference board.

also : learn to focus

also also: does your PSU shoot hot air right at your GPU ?

Re: My new card - Blues - 11-19-2008

Does your motherboard support PCI-e 2.0?

Does your power source provide enough amperage on the 12v rail?

Does your PSU provide enough wattage altogether to even run it?

Most likely problems.
