I'm pretty sure she's sitting on the counter, because she's obviously taking the picture in a mirror, and just look at it. I'm also sure the toilet is just to the left of the edge of the picture.

Well since I'm apparently here and don't understand how to read topics, I'll take a stab at it. Her camera isn't on so it must be someone taking a photo of her holding a camera? I'm not really familiar with that particular brand of camera but I believe there would at least be a red light somewhere if it were on, but that light is off. Even if flash is turned off it'd still be on. /guess
