How's Enchanted Arms? (360) - shoopfox - 02-16-2009 So I'm looking for decent JRPGs on the system, and Enchanted Arms is one of the cheapest games I could even find in general. Is there anything seriously wrong with the game, or is it just really generic? (I actually like most of From Software's games, if that helps) Re: How's Enchanted Arms? (360) - CaffeinePowered - 02-16-2009 Get Tales of Vesperia Seriously, its made of win Re: How's Enchanted Arms? (360) - shoopfox - 02-16-2009 I'm not paying a grip of money for any 360 game, except SO4 and I'm Goozex'ing that anyway. Console games are way too expensive this generation, and they haven't depreciated in price like PS2/Xbox games did Re: How's Enchanted Arms? (360) - ScottyGrayskull - 02-16-2009 Lost Odyssey is amazing (despite what Caff will say, it's amazing the whole way through ), and it like $30 or less right now. Not the cheapest, but it's a top quality rpg imo. Re: How's Enchanted Arms? (360) - shoopfox - 02-16-2009 I do have LO. I just got Sed in my party and it's still fun. Do I get to keep Sed? He comes with really expensive skills, so it seems like he's a temp character. Re: How's Enchanted Arms? (360) - Vongore - 02-16-2009 I loved Eternal Sonata, it's a nice JRPG, with awesome Chopin tunes Re: How's Enchanted Arms? Can't remember if some leave the party though. Unless you're trying for 100% completion there's very little that you can't go back and get. A few spells and a few items I think, and that's about it. And of course his skills are expensive, look at what they do. Two tips: #1 Numara Atoll is the best spot in the game to get SP for skills #2 Random breaks the game most of the time when used well, and is vital for tip #1 Re: How's Enchanted Arms? (360) - CaffeinePowered - 02-16-2009 I never said LO was bad, the story just sputtered out and went straight down the toilet in the last two disks, it was amazing in the first two Re: How's Enchanted Arms? (360) - Squishy3 - 02-16-2009 Aside from Gongora being the equivalent of a mid-boss, I love this game (I would compare him to Magus but Magus is the best mid-boss ever) |
